Senior Data Analyst (m⁠/⁠f)

🎰 What You'll Own

• End-to-end analytics across the player lifecycle: acquisition, traffic quality, gameplay, retention, and monetization, connecting the dots from top-of-funnel to revenue

• KPI framework: define and maintain a consistent set of metrics across player behavior, marketing, operations, and finance, so everyone in the company is working from the same numbers

• Dashboards & reporting: build and maintain the reporting ecosystem used by Product, Marketing, and leadership, and keep it running reliably

• Performance monitoring: track product, marketing, and financial performance regularly, catch anomalies and funnel breaks early, and dig into the "why" behind them

• Campaign & channel evaluation: assess the effectiveness of bonuses, promotions, and acquisition channels, balancing player impact against the underlying unit economics

• A/B testing support: partner with Product on experimentation, from test design through reading and communicating results

• Automation: reduce manual reporting work over time by automating recurring analysis and data pipelines wherever it makes sense

• Ad-hoc analysis: dive into open-ended questions from across the business and turn them into clear, actionable findings

• Data quality & governance: define metric ownership, validation rules, and source-of-truth logic; investigate discrepancies across operational and financial reporting

• Stakeholder prioritization: translate business questions into an analytics roadmap and balance recurring reporting with high-impact analysis

🎓 About You

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally including experience in gambling, casino, or betting analytics

• Solid understanding of iGaming metrics: player behavior and retention, marketing and traffic performance, operational and financial metrics

• Advanced SQL skills, comfortable writing complex queries across multiple tables and data sources (BigQuery experience is a plus)

• Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker Studio / Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Superset, or similar)

• Working knowledge of Python for analytics, automation, or data processing

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, formulas, data structuring)

• Comfortable working with large, sometimes messy datasets and building reports from scratch

• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools, and comfort working within agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)

• Strong communicator, able to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation

• A genuine product mindset, curious about the "why" behind the numbers, not just the numbers themselves

• Full professional fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong plus

• Strong understanding of data modelling, dimensional schemas, and the difference between analytical definitions and source-system fields

• Experience validating financial or operational reconciliations and communicating data limitations clearly

• Awareness of data privacy, access control, and responsible handling of player or customer data

• Availability for regular collaboration during CET working hours and reasonable overlap with teams in Central America

⭐ Your Advantage (Nice-to-Have)

• Familiarity with game economy principles: bonus mechanics, RTP, game-level metrics

• Experience with machine learning-based analytics, such as churn prediction or player segmentation

• Understanding of affiliate tracking systems and multi-operator analytics

• Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation

• Knowledge of ETL/DWH processes and tools (Airflow, BigQuery, and similar)
